Popular singer Elita Karim is familiar to all as a promisingsinger, some may recognise her as an anchor too. But none of above is herprofessional identity. Professionally, she is a journalist of a leading Englishdaily in the country.
However, all of these identities could not meet her thirst.She has recently started teaching the students of Media and CommunicationDepartment of Independent University of Bangladesh (IUB) as a guest lecturer.
While talking about her feelings about teaching in theuniversity, she said, “It’s a new experience in my life and I really enjoy tocome closure with the new generation through teaching them.”
Which one do you prefer journalism or teaching? Replying tothis question, Elita said, “Journalism is my loving profession and I can’t keepmyself away from it.”
Elita is now busy with her first solo album, which is goingto be released on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha.
