Examinee jailed for two years
An examinee was arrested from Government Women’s College centre in Satkhira for his involvement in leaking the question paper of the primary teachers’ recruitment examination held on Friday.
The arrested was identified as GM Azmir Hossain, 28, son of GM Sharafatullah, of Tala upazila.
A mobile court, led by executive magistrate Pintu Byapari, seized an answer paper from his possession and sentenced him to two years’ imprisonment.
Azmir was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment after the magistrate was sure of the question paper leak. Later, he was handed over to Satkhira police.
