The tribunal, formed to deal with the Bangladesh Premier League match-fixing scandal, set the preliminary hearing for the accused on November 24, said an official on Monday.
Justice Mohammad Abdur Rashid, who leads the 10-member disciplinary panel, formed the tribunal earlier this week with Justice Khademul Islam, Ajmalul Hossain QC and former cricketer Shakil Kashem being the members.
‘They will conduct the preliminary hearing on November 24 and after that we will decide our next course of action,’ Justice Abdur Rashid told New Age on Monday.
The International Cricket Council charged nine individuals for corrupt practice in the BPL with seven directly facing match-fixing allegations.
