Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Saturday met with Indian Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Sing at headquarters of United Nation (UN) in NewYork.
At the 30 minute-long meeting, head of the two governments discussed bilateral issues, ameeting sources told reporters. But, the authorities concerned are yet to brief the journalists. Information adviser to the Prime Minister Iqbal Sobhan Chowdhury informed that they will brief the reporters later.
Sources said that the Prime Minister also met Malaysian Prime Minister at the UN headquarters this day.
Sheikh Hasina will meet the UN secretary General Ban Ki Moon and hold apress conference in the afternoon and at night she will attend a reception by the local Bengali community in NewYork.
