The Junior School Certificate’s mathematics examination and Junior Dakhil Certificate’s social science examination, scheduled to be held today, have been postponed, said a press release of the education ministry.
Both the examinations will be held on November 22 from 10am to 1pm, according to the press release.
The decision to postpone the examinations was taken at an emergency meeting of the education board on Saturday evening.
A total of 15,05,391 students of 27,221 educational institutions have been registered for taking the examinations in 1,804 centres — 1,248 centres for the JSC and 556 for the JDC examinations.
The JSC examinations are scheduled to end today and JDC examinations tomorrow.
