Under the direction of Irani Biswas Lux superstar Mehzabin firstly performed in her directed TV play ‘Bhut-er Sathe Prem.’ Popular singer Agun was co-actor of Mehzabin in that play.
Though the play yet not aired, Mehzabin again worked under same director’s play ‘Tobuo Protikshai’ against Naim. This play was aired on Channel i in last Eid-ul-Fitr. After airing this play, acting of Mehzabin and Naim as pair was highly appreciated by the viewers.
Mehzabin again worked with Naim as a pair in Irani Biswas directed another play ‘Antoreep’ recently. Shooting of this play was taken place at Moinartek, adjacent to Dhaka on Wednesday.
In the play, Mehzabin acted in role of a university student named Niharika, while Naim performed in role of Nishan.
While talking about to perform in a contemporary story based play Mehzabin told this correspondent, “Earlier I tried to perform my level best by own way. This thinking is still in my mind how to do improved acting in TV play. Now I am enjoying acting. It is my liking that everybody who are known to me said that I am acting well.”
Naim shared his feelings by this way, “Mehzabin has become matured actress now. I have enjoyed working with her in play ‘Antoreep.’ I hope viewers will also enjoy the play.”
Produced under the banner of Impress Telefilm the play ‘Antoreep’ will go on air on Channel i in upcoming any Friday.
It may be mentioned that Mehzabin is going to take part in shooting of Mostafa Sarwar Farooki directed movie ‘Duboshohor’ from January.
At present, Mehzabin’s self-acted own liking TV plays are – Irani Biswas directed ‘Tobuo Protikshai’ and Redoan Roni directed ‘Na Manush.’
On the other hand, Naim has mostly finished works of Nabil Ashraf directed movie ‘Rongdhonu.’
Anny and Anchol are performing against him in this movie, Naim said.
