After a long time break, popular actress and Lux superstar Jakia Bari Momo has confirmed to perform in a commercial movie.
With the story written by Abdullah Zahir Babu under the direction of Rakibul Alam Rakib Momo is going to perform in movie ‘Prem Korbo Tomar Sathe.’ She has finalised the matter yesterday.
While talking in this regard Momo told this correspondent, “From many days I have planned to perform in a commercial movie. But I didn’t match it on ball and bat. Story of Rakib bhai’s movie was attracted me. For this reason, I have agreed to perform in this movie.”
Momo also informed that popular TV actor Anisur Rahman Milon will perform against her. Shooting of this movie will start from January. ‘Silver Screen’ will produce the movie.
It may be mentioned that after becoming winner of Lux superstar Jakia Bari Momo firstly performed in movie ‘Daruchini Dweep-er Deshe’ under the direction of Tawquir Ahmed. To perform in her first movie Momo received national film award.
Later she got many offers but didn’t perform in the big screen. For the first time, she is going to appear in front of the viewers in any commercial movie.
Momo’s performance is being appreciated by the viewers in Shihab Shahin directed drama serial ‘Bhalobashar Chotushkone,’ which is being aired on NTV now. Apurbo is acting against her in this serial.
