Nazimgarh Resorts in Sylhet has received a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award, the resort said in a statement yesterday.
The award marks hospitality excellence, and TripAdvisor is the world’s largest travel site that helps travellers plan trips through advice from real travellers and other supportive features.
Approximately 10 percent of TripAdvisor listings receive the award, according to the statement.
Businesses must maintain an above four out of a possible five rating by travellers on TripAdvisor to get the award.
“Nazimgarh Resorts is pleased to receive a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence,” said Nazim Kamran Choudhury, managing director at Nazimgarh Resorts.
“We strive to offer our customers a memorable experience, and this accolade is evidence that our hard work is translating into positive traveller reviews on TripAdvisor.”
“The Certificate of Excellence award gives highly rated establishments around the world the recognition they deserve. We want to applaud these businesses for offering TripAdvisor travellers a great customer experience,” said Christine Petersen, president of TripAdvisor for business.
