Nokia yesterday launched its first series of dual sim handset with built-in Nokia browser in Bangladesh, the company said in a statement.
The phone — Nokia C2-03 — is priced at Tk 7,900. It is S40-based slider with advanced features, including 2.6 inch QVGA resistive touch screen display, GSM / GPRS / EDGE connectivity and Nokia maps for S40.
The set also contains 3.5mm headset jack, stereo FM radio, 2 mega pixel camera, 10 mega byte internal memory and MicroSD card which supports up to 32 giga byte.
The phone launched at a programme at National Press Club in Dhaka is targeted for people who desire cost saving features without compromising the technology, the statement added.
With the Nokia browser built-in, browsing the internet has never been faster as it compresses all the data before it reaches to the phone for faster, richer and cost-efficient web browsing to reduce data cost upto 90 percent, the company said.

State Minister for Science and ICT Yeafesh Osman was also present at the launch.
