A meeting was held recently at Pubali Bank Head Office with the participation of all senior Executives and Officers of Pubali Bank Ltd (PBL). They exchange their views in the meeting regarding consumers credit Loans. Managing Director of PBL Helal Ahmed Chowdhury presided over the Meeting while Deputy Managing Directors of the Bank Mahbub Mustafizur Rahman and Safiul Alam Khan Chowdhury were present in the meeting.
In his presidential address Managing Director Helal Ahmed Chowdhury gave necessary guidelines to the Officers.
He said that Pubali Bank fixed the lowest rate of interest in competative market position and it appears to be the lowest in this related sector. To abide by the rules and regulations imposed by Bangladesh Bank he urged upon all the branch Managers to keep close vigilance so that disbursed loans may not become overdue or classified by intensive supervision and close monitoring of the loan.
General Manager of Consumers Credit Division of PBL Santi Ranjan Sarker highlighted different aspect and problem about Consumer Credit Loan and gave some advice to solve the problem.
