The inclusion of Sunny could also be seen as a sign from the selectors to shake up the spin department with Abdur Razzak having offered very little against Zimbabwe.
After the BCB Cup concludes today, the Tigers will play a four-day game, two one-dayers and a Twenty20 to prepare for the West Indies series.
