Incessant rain throughout the country forced the three games of the third round of the 15th National Cricket League end in a draw on Sunday across different venues with Sylhet already beating Dhaka a day earlier. Dhaka Metro v Barisal The game between Dhaka Metro and Barisal ended in a draw at Fatullah. Dhaka Metro were batting on 123-5 in their second innings when stumps were drawn and they had an overall lead of 274 runs.
Barisal posted 249-9 in their first innings, replying to Dhaka Metro’s 400-9 declared.
Rajshahi v Rangpur
The game between Rajshahi and Rangpur also concluded in a draw at Rangpur Cricket Garden.
Rajshahi were 98-5 in their second innings when umpires called off play. Rajshahi had scored 273 all out in their first innings to which Rangpur replied with 101.
Rajshahi had a lead of 270 runs.
Khulna v Chittagong
Only one innings was possible as Khulna and Chittagong played out a draw in Bogra.
Khulna registered 265 while Chittagong scored 309.
