Md Munsur Ali Sikder presided over both the AGM.Industries ministry joint secretary Dilip Kumar Sharma and deputy secretaries Md Ziaur Rahman Khan and Mohammed Mafizul Haque were also present on the occasion.
Sanofi-aventis chief financial officer South Asia Virginie Boucinha and sanofi-aventis Bangladesh managing director Asim Jamal were also present.
The shareholders approved 7 per cent dividend. As a result, the government will receive Tk 10.40 million as dividend for the year 2012. The government holds a share of 45.36 per cent in the company.
