Bangladesh golfer Siddikur Rahman shot a three-under-par 69 in the third round of the CIMB Classic at the Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club to move 19 places up to 32nd on Saturday.
Siddik, who was 51st overnight, began the third round on a poor note when he hit a bogey, but the ace 28-year-old golfer hit four birdies to bounce back and finish the third round in a commendable position.
Chris Stroud of USA leads the tournament with a -12 after his third-round 68 took him past overnight leader and fellow-countryman Keegan Bradley.
Bradley had a bad day in the field on Saturday that caused him to slip to sixth position.
