Bangladesh’s ace golfer Siddikur Rahman lost his tempo in the Mercuries Taiwan Masters as he descended to joint 9th position with three-over-par 75 after the third round from his third position after the previous round in Taipei on Saturday. The two-time Asian Tour winner, who started the tournament on a good note with four-under-par 69 in the opening round, could earn two birdies in the third round but struck five bogeys to make his score two-over-par 218 total.
Liang Wen-chong of China carded a bogey-free four-under-par 68, moving him up the ranks to lead going into the final round.
Liang ended the third round with a five-under-par 211 total, one better than Danny Chia of Malysaia.
Overnight leader Rashid Khan of India ended the day in the third spot with three-over-par 213 total.
