A two-day programme featuring children’s painting competition and pottery and sculpture exhibition began in the Barisal city on Friday, marking the 26th anniversary of Charukala Barisal. Uttam Das Udas, a renowned painter of the city, opened the programme held at Barisal Ashwini Kumar Hall.
