Having winged her way back from the FOBANA COnvention in the US, Tisha is neck deep in work. With Eid around the corner and her many ongoing serials she can’t take a breather.
Among the ongoing TV serials in which she is immersed are Meher Afroze Shawon and Humayun Ahmed’s “Ekla Pakhi”, “Chand-er Nijer Kono Alo Nei” directed by Mostafa Kamal Raj and “Shobuj Nokkhotro” directed by Golam Sohrab Dodul. In “Ekla Pakhi” Tisha portrays a theatre activist. The shooting was held at Munshiganj.
Each of the TV plays, she says, has a distinct perspective. “My role in ‘Putul Khela’ is quite different too,” says Tisha.
Now several TV channels are rooting for Tisha in their upcoming serials. She is likely to work with directors including Anjan Aich, Masud Shezan, Redwan Rony on their special TV plays for Eid. “All in all I am up to my sleeves with TV plays (touch wood!),” says an elated Tisha.
