Tourism center opens at Madan

A tourism center cum rest house has been inaugurated at Uchitpur, popularly known as mini Cox’s Bazar, at Madan in Netrakona.

Netrakona deputy commissioner Anjana Khan Majlis formally inaugurated the tourism centre on Sunday.

Madan upazila chairman Habibur Rahman, UNO Tanzina Shahreen, assistant commissioner Shah Noor Alam, Madan mayor Saiful Islam Saif, upazila Awami League president Abdul Quddus, general secretary Abdul Hannan Talukdar Shamim, OC Investigation Jahangir Alam Khan, UP chairmen and dignitaries of the area, different departmental officials, local media workers and ordinary people were present.
