Bangladesh under-17 footballers moved into the quarterfinals of the 51st Subrata Mukherjee Cup beating their Nepalese counterparts 4-3 in tiebreaker at the Ambedkar Stadium in Delhi yesterday.
The regulation time had ended goalless. The BFF Under-17 will face Army Boys School of India in the quarterfinals today.
On Saturday, Bangladesh thrashed Sainik School 7-0 in their last group match, courtesy of a hattrick from Malek to move to the second round with an all-win record.
