Dhaka Residential Model School and A Latif Charitable School moved into the semifinal of the Ashyian City Dhaka Metropolis School Football Tournament beating their respective rivals at the Abahani ground in Dhanmondi yesterday.
Dhaka Residential posted a single-goal win over St Joseph High School with Jalal scoring the all-important goal in the 24th minute.
In the day’s other match, A Latif Charitable School defeated AK International School 2-0 to emerge Group A champions with a better goal difference. Masum struck both goals for A Latif Charitable School.
