Internationally renowned heroine Bobita is going to take part in shooting of a new movie after a break of few months.
With the story written by Abdullah Zahir Babu and under the direction of Rakibul Alam Rakib Bobita will again return to acting in the big screen by movie “Prem Korbo Tomar Sathe.”
While talking in this regard Bobita told this correspondent, “Often I was getting offers to perform in new movies. But I couldn’t agree to perform because characters and stories of those movies couldn’t attract me. In fact, I think this time it is not necessary for me to perform in movies one after another. Besides taking part in shooting for movies, I have to be engaged in social welfare related activities. I will perform in that movie where I would get the opportunity to perform my role superbly and my character will be challenging. I have liked Rakib’s movie’s story. For this reason, I am going to perform in movie ‘Prem Korbo Tomar Sathe.”
Produced under the banner of ‘Silver Screen’ works of movie will begin in January.
It may be mentioned that Bobita acted movie “Ki Prem Dekhaila,” directed by Shah Md Sangram, was appreciated by the viewers in Eid festival.
Bobita lastly performed in movie “Tomar Kachhe Wrinee” under the direction of Shahadat Hossain Liton.
Bobita acted movies “Putro Ekhon Paisawala,” directed by Nargis Akhter and “Emonoto Prem Hoi,” directed Mostafizur Rahman Manik, are waiting to release now.
Bobita is going to arrange a day-long free eye-camp in Lohagora in Narail to provide free cost treatment facilities for the local residents, said Bobita.
While talking about to establish a hospital in the name of her mother Bobita told this correspondent, “It is really tough work to establish a hospital. This hospital will be set under the financial supports from various foreign agencies. For this reason, it will take more time. Every work has its regulation. I have to abide the rules.”
However, Renaissance Cultural Council gave Bobita the ‘Michael Modhusudan Award 2013’ for her outstanding contribution in the filed of child related activities of the United Nations (UN).
