BU, Muktis draw 1-1
The top of the table clash in the Bangladesh Premier League between Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club and Abahani Limited ended in a stalemate at the Bangabandhu National Stadium on Sunday. Thanks to the draw, Jamal remained firmly at the top raising their tally to 38 points from 16 matches, six ahead of Abahani, who have 32 points in their bag from same number of outings.

On the other side of the ground, Abahani keeper Shahidul Alam Sohel was forced to produce a superb as he punched away a header of Nigerian forward Wasio Ayooly from a Linkon cross.
In the first match of the day, Brothers Union and Muktijoddha Sangsad KC also shared the spoils with a 1-1 draw.
Haitian forward Augustine Walson continued his scoring form giving Brothers the lead in sixth minute before Nigerian marksman Sunday Chizuba converted a penalty in half-hour mark to bring the score level.
The draw came for Brothers after four successive wins, which took them to fourth place with 26 points from 16 matches.
