Aryan Khan’s bail plea rejected again

A special Mumbai court on Wednesday rejected the bail application of Aryan Khan again. According to the Times of India. the special court has refused to grant bail to Aryan Khan. He will be required to stay in jail, however, a detailed order is still in the process which will highlight more information related to his judicial custody. Earlier, reports claimed that NCB had submitted a Whatsapp chat from Aryan Khan wherein he reportedly spoke about drugs with an upcoming Bollywood actress. While the name of the Bollywood actress has not been revealed, Aryan Khan will continue to stay in jail.
ABOUT THE ARYAN KHAN CASE
Reports state that a rave party was taking place in the late hours of October 3 on a cruise ship that was raided at the Mumbai Coast. The cruise was on its way on a “musical voyage” for three days. Several names from Bollywood – including Aryan Khan – were also aboard the cruise, along with people from the fashion and business industry. The NCB received an anonymous tip of banned drugs being used on the cruise. NCB officials, led by zonal director Sameer Wankhede, boarded the ship disguised as passengers to conduct the raid.
Following the raid, Aryan Khan and eight others were detained. The star kid’s phone was seized. Reports claimed that the chats recovered indicated that he had been “regularly ordering and consuming” drugs. He was also taken for a medical test, however, reports of the same have not been published or shared with the public yet. He was later arrested under sections 8C, 20B, 27 and 35 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
