Top flight Bangladeshi football club Team BJMC lost their inaugural game of the King’s Cup against local side Thimphu City by 2-1 on Tuesday at the Changlimithang Stadium.
Thimphu City took the lead inside 23 minutes through Dawagypltshen before they doubled their lead in the 44th minute, courtesy of Karmasherdup.BJMC’s Aminur reduced the arrears in the 77th minute although it proved to be nothing than a consolation goal.
Bangladesh’s BJMC and Arambagh KC are participating in the tournament.
