The final of the Nurunnahar Gold Cup inter-district football tournament was held at the Jhenaidah Bir Sreshtho Hamidur Rahman Stadium on Saturday.
Jhenaidah sadar upazila defeated Kotchandpur upazila 2-0.
The match was inaugurated by the deputy commissioner of Jhenaidah, Safiqul Islam, and the state minister for fisheries and livestock, Abdul Hye, attended the prize-giving ceremony as chief guest.
