Komol, a national team player, was injured before halftime and he had to leave the field immediately. He was later taken to a hospital for treatment.
`Komol’s doctor informed us that he is now out of danger but he needed six stitches on his head. We gave him rest for tomorrow’s (today) match,` said Satyajit Das Rupu, manager of Abahani Limited, over telephone on Wednesday.
`We hope that he (Komol) will be fit for the last match against Archim FC of Mongolia, which will be held on Saturday,’ Rupu added.
