Bangladesh Under-23 team conceded two goals in two halves to end their away game in the Olympic pre-qualifiers against Kuwait with a 2-0 defeat at the Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium in Kuwait on Wednesday.
Bangladesh held Kuwait until the final minute of first half when striker Hamad Amana broke the deadlock.
Naser Al Qahtani doubled the lead right after the restart which augured a big win for the home side. However, Bangladesh defended well in the second half and avoided a further embarrassment
Bangladesh will face the same opponents in their home leg match on March 9.
