Popular singer Shakila Zafar entertained the audience at India Gandhi Cultural Center in Gulshan on Friday presenting an array of famous songs.
She began her performance with a popular song Rimjhim brishty. The romantic number Tumi misti korey dusto bolo charmed the audience who gathered on that evening to enjoy the
performance of their favourite artiste.The melancholic tone of Bhulite parina ami bhola jaina artiste touched a chord in the hearts of many. Zafar continued to cast her spell on the gathering with her spontaneity as she presented songs like E kon phagun and A tey antor.
More surprises awaited the audience. Noted singer Rafiqul Islam shared the stage with Shakila Zafar to render a duet of Ek hridoyhinar kache.
The excitement reached its peak when celebrated band singer Naquib
Khan appeared on stage and presented the remarkable song Mon shudhu mon chhuyechhe in
duet with Shakila Zafar, making the evening a memorable one for everyone present.
Shakila later on presented a classic Hindi film song Aj phir jine ka tammana hain, which was received with loud applauses by the audience.
