Bangladesh Under-14 women’s football team thrashed Nepal 9-0 to book their place in the semi-finals of the AFC U-14 Girls Regional Championship in Dushanbe, Tajikistan on Thursday.
Forwards Anuching Mogini and Marzia each struck a hat-trick for Bangladesh while Tahura Khatun scored a brace. Sajeda Khatun netted the other goal.Bangladesh earlier defeated India 3-1 in their first group match on April 26.
Bangladesh will face hosts Tajikistan in the semi-final on Saturday while India will take on Iran in the other semi-final on the same day.
