Bangladesh to play two FIFA friendlies in UK

Bangladesh are all set to play two FIFA friendly matches against India and Pakistan in England in June, said Bangladesh Football Federation president Kazi Salahuddin on Friday. Celebrity Management Group, an India-based sports management company, which earlier arranged the Argentina-Nigera friendly in Dhaka, will organise the matches, said Salahuddin.

Food inflation rises slightly in March

The overall point-to-point food inflation rose to 7.50 per cent in March from 7.45 per cent in February because of price hike of some food items, Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics said on Thursday. Atiur gets 3-year extension
